TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The listed rates are daily and include electricity, hot water, internet, bed linen and towels.
2. Minimum stay of 3 nights in low and middle season and 4 nights in high season.
3. Bed linen and towels are changed every 7 days for free for stays that are longer than one week.
4. To confirm the reservation a 30% deposit is required on the amount of the stay, excluding the additional costs. The balance, the additional costs and the security deposit of 200 € will be paid on arrival. The deposit will be returned after verification of the apartments during check out.
5. Each additional guest over 4 will have a daily charge of 20 € (except Livia).
6. The contribution for the final cleaning of the apartments is 75 € (35 € for the Livia Suite). For stays that exceed 7 days, tidying up of the apartments as well as change of linen and towels is free.
7. The contribution of the City Tax is 3.5 € per person per night for up to 10 days of stay.
8. Daily cleaning and transfer upon request.
9. Check in from 3pm to 8pm with additional costs required to check in later than 8pm (€ 25) and after 12am (€ 50).
10. Penalty for cancellation:

• Cancellation within 30 days of arrival: no penalty
• Cancellation within 15 days of arrival: 50% of the total cost
• Cancellation less than 15 days from the check-in date: 100% of the total cost
