- The listed rates are daily and include electricity, hot water, internet, bed linen and towels.
- Minimum stay of 3 nights in low and middle season and 4 nights in high season.
- Bed linen and towels are changed every 7 days for free for stays that are longer than one week.
- To confirm the reservation a 30% deposit is required on the amount of the stay, excluding the additional costs. The balance, the additional costs and the security deposit of 200 € will be paid on arrival. The deposit will be returned after verification of the apartments during check out.
- Each additional guest over 4 will have a daily charge of 20 € (except Livia).
- The contribution for the final cleaning of the apartments is 75 € (35 € for the Livia Suite). For stays that exceed 7 days, tidying up of the apartments as well as change of linen and towels is free.
- The contribution of the City Tax is 3.5 € per person per night for up to 10 days of stay.
- Daily cleaning and transfer upon request.
- Check in from 3pm to 8pm with additional costs required to check in later than 8pm (€ 25) and after 12am (€ 50).
- Penalty for cancellation:
- Cancellation within 30 days of arrival: no penalty
- Cancellation within 15 days of arrival: 50% of the total cost
- Cancellation less than 15 days from the check-in date: 100% of the total cost
